What are your processing times?

They differ depending on what you order and how much you order. If you are ordering something that is already premade then processing times are generally same day. If you get anything made-to-order or custom then it will take generally 1-5 days, depending on order volume as well. 

Do you accept returns; refunds?

We do not accept returns for custom orders or cosmetics but we may for apparel that isn't damaged. We can issue a refund but only under certain circumstances. If your order has already been processed and shipped out on the way to you then we will NOT issue a refund.

What are the Shipping Costs?

They are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. We don't flat rate our products, our carrier USPS calculates everything for us and populates if for each individual customer depending on what you ordered and where you are located. 

How soon will I get my package?

(After processing) In general, domestic U.S shipments are in transit for 1 - 3 days, weekends and holidays are not included! (Covid-19 + holiday season may delay that by a day). International is usually in between 1-3 weeks to be delivered. 

May I request for my order to be cancelled?

All sales are final unless

  1. You ordered on accident.
  2. I exceed processing times.

Do I get a tracking number?

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Tracking numbers are sent out via email when your order has been processed. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be active.

What if my order gets stuck in international customs or exceeds expected delivery time?

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation with the carrier. We will also provide you with the tracking information if you’d like to contact them yourself.

Is your stock availability accurate?

We maintain accurate stock counts on our website, there may never be a stock discrepancy where we will not be able to fulfill your items at time of purchase. Since we have inventory enabled on our website there will never be a time where we sale out and allow overselling (unless I state that item has been switched to preorder after being sold out quickly). That keeps up from having to process any refunds or having our customers wait for restock.
